My favorite college memory was spending an entire summer attending class and living out of the Hilton Riverside Hotel in 2006.

Why should you choose Dillard University? Dillard offers a great hands on learning experience and provides a nurturing environment that makes everyone feel at home.

I chose Dillard sight unseen. I always knew that I wanted to attend an HBCU. Dillard was at the top of my list. A small University with a prestigious reputation it was an easy decision for me. Dillard is an amazing institution that is woven into the fabric of the New Orleans community. Everyone has a story to share about Fair Dillard. That is what makes the experience so special.

My favorite memory at Dillard would have to be my freshman move in day. I had never been to New Orleans, and I all knew about Dillard was from online google searches. When I pulled up to campus it was raining, I had no idea where I was going but I somehow felt at home.

Prospective students should choose Dillard because the University is historical, strong, and resilient. If you are looking for an institution with excellent academics, and one that is constantly looking for ways to reinvent itself, then you too should choose Dillard.

I have so many favorite moments from my experience as a Dillard student, that it's almost impossible to choose just one. However meeting friends and professors that taught me the meaning of accountability for my own success is an experience that has proven to be invaluable.

You should choose Dillard because there is no place in the world like it! Excellent academic programs, a campus experience customized by the students and great opportunities for internships, graduate programs and employment post graduation are just a few things that you should consider.

I chose Dillard because I felt like I was at home. From the very moment I stepped on campus, my colleagues and faculty made me feel like I was important and not just another student. I made lifelong bonds ,unforgettable memories and created an ongoing path of success for myself. I'm so excited that I get to guide students to feel that same exact way as an alumna & Admissions Counselor.

My favorite memory at Dillard is becoming a founding member of the Royal Bleuz Pom Squad. I was the only sophomore to make the team and I auditioned for it after I wore stilettos at a Beyoncé concert for four hours the night before. It was one of thee best memories performing at games and more!
