Our Mission

The Mission of the Office of Residential Life is to provide a safe, secure, and healthy living for students that enhance learning and development through community service, quality programming, and academic support.

Our Goal

The goal of Residential Life is to provide a safe and comfortable environment in which students can pursue their academic endeavors and achieve their personal goals while residing in our residential facility.   This goal is achieved through comforts, conveniences and experiences that the residential hall bring.  The facilities provide comfortable and healthy living quarters that offer opportunities for cultivating lifelong friendships.

Our Staff

The residential facilities are staffed with professional personnel whose major job is to provide the guidance necessary to help students develop high standards of conduct, social skills, and the ability to live harmoniously with others.  Detailed regulations governing residential living are found in the Student Handbook.  Students are required to comply with all rules, regulations, policies and procedures of Dillard University relating to student conduct and housing, and the provisions of this policy shall be incorporated by reference into each student's residence agreement or contract.
