Description
The SchrÃdinger equation and eigen functions, wave functions, uncertainty principle, one-dimensional problems, the hydrogen atom, harmonic oscillator, angular momentum, introduction to perturbation theory. Class meets 3 hours per week for lecture. Prerequisite: PHY 390.
